Shipping policy

We provide FREE SHIPPING to Canadian addresses across the entire site,

Orders to the U.S are charged with a 10 dollar flat fee. Our average cost shipping to the US is about 20 dollars so we are covering half of it.

Unfortunately we are not taking any U.S order as we are working to resolve the tariff issues (custom clearance, cost, etc). We expect to restart selling to the U.S before March-13th, 2026.

We generally strive to ship all your items together. However, we may choose to split your order to ensure you receive it sooner, especially when you purchase our premium cap along with other items. If this occurs, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each package.

It usually takes 1-9 business days to deliver, depending on the country and location. The expected delivery date shown at checkout is a conservative estimate calculated by the system. 

SALES TAX:

Tax is applied to Canadian customers and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination province. No tax will be charged to U.S. customers.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays are not considered business days. For example, if an order is placed on Friday, it will typically be handed over to our carrier on the following Monday, provided it is not a holiday.
